Location: Data is stored on MyHost servers in a PHP MyAdmin Database. Payment information is stored on Stripe.

Access: Only the owners of HexWeb Ltd have access to our database and Stripe. All sensitive information is encrypted, ensuring it cannot be decrypted into a usable format.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for up to 2 months after you unsubscribe and confirm you want your data removed. You can request deletion at any time.

8. User Rights

Access and Correction: Most data is editable via forms on the software we create for you. Contact us to request changes to any non-editable data.

Data Deletion: Users with admin privileges can delete most data themselves. For other data, contact us to request deletion.

Opt-Out Options: Only necessary information for software functionality is collected. Users are opted out by default from promotional emails and can opt-out of non-necessary communications via links provided in those emails.

We comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the New Zealand Privacy Act.
